    Is this Eurybia divaricata (White Wood-aster)? I don’t know about you, but each summer and fall, I enjoy taking the time to key out and remember the names of various local Asters, this species being one of them.

    Indeed, this is White wood aster (Eurybia divaricata). The flowers are intriguing with their color varying from yellow to rose.
