Ox-eye Daisy (Leucanthemum vulgare). I enjoyed sprinkling the flower petals on salads, and eating the edible leaves of this plant.
Is it an ox-eye daisy, or Leucanthemum vulgar? One of my favorite things to see when I go for nature walks! Bees and butterflies seem to love them, too.

Yes, this is Oxeye daisy (Leucanthemum vulgare). I’ve eaten the leaves and enjoy their mild flavor. I haven’t tasted the flowers before. . . and I plan to do that soon.
