- Knowing how to talk with someone about a specific plant (through knowing its scientific name)
- Feeling safe with plants in fields, woods and wetlands
- Gaining confidence in your ability to take care of yourself
- And more . . .
What benefits do you anticipate from learning to identify plants? What benefits have you already experienced from your connections with plants? Leave a comment and/or answer the two survey questions included here.

Truly thought provoking, Angelyn.
Thank you
Yesterday I went into my back yard and picked some dandelion leaves. After cleaning them, I added them to my regular salad. It felt really strange, and also gratifying at the same time. Just goes to show how disconnected from real food we have become.
